Day four of icky stomach virus, and we are definitely on the mend. Spent the day quietly at home, trying to reestablish nursing and to keep Sava entertained in between Raya's naps, which she spent mostly in my arms. Sava and I made a quick run to Whole Foods, and I was able to keep him busy for a while afterward with two bags of beans and one bag of peas, purchased there, which I handed to him to do with as he wished. In the morning he "cooked" various things using measuring cups, spoons, etc. and in the afternoon he drove construction vehicles through his concoction. In the meantime, Raya perfected the art of flipping in her bed, and it is no longer a place where we can just leave her to fall asleep; here is how I found her minutes after I put her down for a nap (one of many failed attempts); in the first picture, she is startled to see me; a second later, she is beyond delighted, because she knows I will pick her up.
