Train Town, Sonoma

Last weekend we all made a trip to Train Town, Sonoma, which had been recommended to us as a destination for preschool-aged train lovers. Sava loved riding the little train through the carefully manicured Western landscape--little wooden cabins, pioneers fishing or sleeping on logs, various wildlife, etc.--and he particularly enjoyed feeding the animals at the little farm in the miniature Western town along the way. He was intrigued by the other rides in the park but did not venture to go on any of them, since it would have meant doing it alone. We had lunch in downtown Sonoma before we headed back.
