Breaking News: Big Girl Rides Bike

Interrupting our regularly scheduled internet-sabbath programming to bring you this breaking news of our little girl conquering the two-wheeler; she will be 3.5 in exactly five days (do not ask why our fancy camera overexposes outdoor videos):

After a couple of weeks on the balance bike, she is now a bone fide member of the neighborhood Big Girl Gang, all three of whom, aged between three-and-a-half and four, ride their two-wheel bikes.

It is a most inspiring thing to witness.

Also, tons of photos and a monster blog post on its way some time in the next week. It's been a long time, so the photographic and reflective material that has accumulated feels more than a tad overwhelming.
